Day 1

Breakfast intake:  1 frozen banana + some coffee
Lunch:  nothing
Dinner:  nothing

Exercise:  TBA

So this morning I'm going strong altho I'm feeling those hunger pains which i ususally do Not get.  hmm. oh well.  will update later along the day.

New Start - 20 day diet

So here we go again.  New diet + exercise

For me, it helps to freeze foods so when i eat them, it takes longer and then i can get in the right state of mind.   so from now on, 1 banana everyday.  thats it.  besides liquids such as coffee, crystal light, and or course water.

diet :  1 banana / day + liquids

exercise :  45 min kickbox every morning M - F.

so for all of you all out there.  I found a pic that might motivate you guys.

Thas a replica of 5 pounds of fat.  gross... isn't it.  So i hope this helps you all.

Day 2

intake:  coffee, cherry drink.

exercise : none yet but i did 1hr 20 min of kickbox yesterday so i'm really sore.  I'm planning on working out soon after this. ^^

Thanks for the comments and support.  My sister came over and is buying KFC for dinner as we speak.  It's so fattening and don't worry i would never ever eat that stuff.  How can she eat it?  blah, well i'm really tired but eh.i'm feeling kinda weak. i guess i should keep drinking my diet coke. hehe.  derek keeps calling me but i wont answer.  no more.

hello~

i'm sorry i've been gone for so long.  but i'm back and committed now more than ever.  I just started a fast and i will stick to it for as long as i can.  i've been fat too long and i need this for me. 

need to lose 20 pounds in 30 days. i CAN do it

Day 1:

intake : coffee, water , lots of vitamins, painkillers
exercise : leg lifts, turbo jam

i bought that exercise dvd ' turbo jam' long time ago and i tried it yesterday and today.  My arms are sore so i guess its working and its actually fun to do.  tiring,  but the music is fun.  

My new ultimate target weight is 135 lbs.  I know its a lot higher than most of you all.  I wish i could weigh like 110 lbs but i'm 5'9 and even if i had 0% body fat , my bones and all would weigh more than 110  sigh i guess i have to accept it.  My thinspiration is Katie Holmes before she was pregant  just cause she's about my height and all.  but i really like lindsay lohan.

nicole looks so happy here. i want that.
